This page describes the processing of personal data carried out by DANI S.p.A. ("DANI"), as the Data Controller, through its website www.gruppodani.com ("Site").

This policy does not apply to third-party websites that may be reached through links on the Site, for which DANI is not responsible in any way.

This Site and the Owner's services are not intended for minors under age 18; the Owner does not intentionally collect personal information referring to minors. In the event that any information about minors is unintentionally recorded, the Owner will delete it in a prompt manner as soon as it becomes aware of it or upon notice from the user.

1. Types of personal data - purposes of processing - storage

The Owner collects and processes through the Site the following personal data.
Personal data are used for the purposes and for the term of storage specified in the table below.

The Site collects data from the user who requests the free sampling service:

a) mandatory data - first name, last name, e-mail, telephone, qualification (company, private), address of the user
b) optional data - information on product usage, type of business, type of contact with DANI.

These data are necessary to acknowledge the user's request and send the free sample.

A newsletter registration form is available in this section of the Site.
The Site collects first and last name, e-mail of the user requesting registration.
Subscription is done with prior consent.
Data are stored until revocation of consent (disenrollment from the service).

The Site publishes photos and/or videos for which DANI has received consent from the data subject.

2. Mode of handling - communication - transfer outside the EU

The processing of personal data will be carried out through electronic and/or telematic tools in compliance with the provisions of the law aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality and security, as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data with respect to the above-mentioned purposes and in order to avoid access and consequent processing by subjects not previously authorized.
Without affecting communications made in execution of obligations under applicable laws, regulations or EU legislation, personal data will be processed by employees and collaborators of the Owner in relation to specific work tasks, and may be communicated to Authorities or Public Institutions, professionals and companies that provide services and advice (e.g. in accounting, fiscal, legal, etc.), to individuals who need access to personal data for the execution of the legal relationship inherent in the processing. In any case, only the personal data necessary to accomplish the purpose for which they are collected will be transferred, and this is done in full compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality of the data.

The personal data that the Owner processes through the Site may be transferred to a non-EU country for the provision of the newsletter service or other services necessary for the operation of the Site. Transfers will in any case be carried out in compliance with the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 679/2016.


3. Right of the interested party

By making a written request addressed to the Owner, also through a delegated person, the data subject may (i) obtain access to personal data in order to know the origin of the data, the purpose of the processing, the logic applied to the processing with the use of electronic tools, categories of data, recipients (or categories of recipients) to whom the data will be communicated, storage period, and their communication in an intelligible form; (ii) obtain rectification, integration, deletion of data or restriction of processing; (iii) object to the processing of personal data; (iv) obtain data portability, where appropriate; (v) revoke consent at any time; (vi) lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (https: //www. garanteprivacy.it/).
